The Coppo winery dates back to 1892, and for over 120 years, it has been producing quality sparkling wines with great passion and dedication. The Luigi Coppo winery remains entirely family-run today. Thanks to its vineyard management skills, it has become one of the oldest wineries in Italy since its inception. In 2012, Unioncamere (Italian Chamber of Commerce) included the winery in the national register of historic wineries, with over a century of uninterrupted activity.

Coppo's Alta Langa Brut is made from a classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, sourced from select hillside vineyards in the Alta Langa. Vinification follows the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and a long aging on the lees, which lends complexity, finesse, and creaminess. The Magnum version, thanks to its size, further enhances the wine's freshness, longevity, and quality.

Bright straw yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of citrus, green apple, bread crust, fresh almonds, and mineral nuances emerge. Dry, taut, and elegant, it offers a perfect balance between freshness, flavor, and structure, with a long, clean finish. Perfect for elegant aperitifs, raw fish, oysters, sushi, shellfish, tartare, light fried dishes, delicate risottos, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent throughout the meal, paired with gourmet dishes.
