Alta Langa Pas Dosé

The Coppo winery dates back to 1892, and for over 120 years, it has been producing quality sparkling wines with great passion and dedication. The Luigi Coppo winery remains entirely family-run today. Thanks to its vineyard management skills, it has become one of the oldest wineries in Italy since its inception. In 2012, Unioncamere (Italian Chamber of Commerce) included the winery in the national register of historic wineries, with over a century of uninterrupted activity.

The Alta Langa Pas Dosé is born from a refined blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Alta Langa hills. The winemaking process strictly follows the classic method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and a long aging on the lees. The absence of sugars in the final dosage maximizes precision, freshness, and structure.

Bright straw yellow color, extremely fine and persistent perlage, with aromas of citrus, white flowers, bread crust, mineral notes, and a delicate touch of dried fruit. Palate very dry, elegant, and taut; great freshness, pronounced flavor, and a long, clean finish. Perfect with oysters, raw seafood, carpaccio, sushi, sashimi, fresh cheeses, fish tartare, and gourmet vegetable dishes. Also ideal as a sophisticated aperitif.
