Delivery by courier
Packages are generally shipped within one business day following the receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Via a link sent via e-mail will be able to track your shipment directly on the courier's website. Deliveries in Italy usually take place within 1-2 working days, 3 in the case of islands and disadvantaged locations. In some critical periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, it is possible that there are delays in delivery.
Shipping costs in Italy are the following: € 5.90 for orders up to € 20; € 7.90 for orders up to € 99; free for orders above this threshold.
For remote areas there are additional costs automatically calculated by the system according to the delivery code.
Orders from outside Italy and within the EU are only accepted by customers with a VAT number registered with VIES or for shipments to Italy.
Non-EU ones are possible from the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland.
Non-EU customers complete the order without paying VAT but bear the customs duties to be paid on delivery.
The system automatically calculates the shipping costs for abroad based on the destination and weight of the order. Shipping costs include customs clearance.
MyWineStore is not liable for any damage suffered due to delays in delivery.
The customer must verify the integrity of packages before accepting them, making sure that there are no obvious signs that may portend damage to the contents, as spots on the carton, the sound of broken glass, etc.
In the event that the integrity of one or more packages is compromised, the customer can accept the order subject to specifying in the courier's delivery form of any perceived irregularities.
Optional services available upon request when choosing the courier:
- insured shipping: € 7.50
- telephone notice: € 1.50
A particular service is cash on delivery which provides for the possibility of paying in cash upon receipt of the order. There is an extra charge of € 5.00. The service can be chosen as an option among the payment methods.
Shrinkage in the company
As an alternative to delivery by express courier when ordering at the time of carrier selection to use free pickup at the company headquarters SO.TER. Sas, Via Sabaudia n. 64-04017 San Felice Circeo (LT) can be requested.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, the non-opened / damaged items can be returned for exchange within 14 days of shipment date.
1. To request authorization to return, the customer must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days from receipt of order. In the e-mail part numbers must be specified to be returned.
Upon receipt of the return request, MyWineStore sends the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number and attached waybill.
2. The refund must be made by courier using the waybill attached to the email and the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box must be indicated. If you need to withdraw at certain times you have to communicate it.
3. in the case of procedure to return a product to change with an equivalent product or one of greater value, the return shipment will be € 10.00.
There is a once lieu for each authorized return.
4. The return of goods must be received at the MyWineStore headquarters within 10 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.
