With Airali, Tenuta Carretta perfectly interprets the Alta Langa's vocation for producing great Metodo Classico sparkling wines, enhancing each vintage through artisanal production and extensive bottle aging.

Airali Blanc de Blanc Extra Brut is an Alta Langa DOCG made exclusively from select Chardonnay grapes. The long maturation on the lees according to the Classic Method lends elegance, finesse, and aromatic complexity. A sparkling wine with a distinctive character, perfectly expressing the high Piedmont hills' vocation for producing excellent sparkling wines.

Brilliant straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it features a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with notes of white flowers, citrus, and bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and mineral, with pleasant flavor tension and a long, elegant finish. Ideal with oysters, shellfish, raw seafood, sushi, fish tartare, delicate appetizers, and fresh cheeses.
