Tenuta Carretta is on e of Piedmont's most prestigious historic wineries. With Airali, Tenuta Carretta perfectly interprets the Alta Langa's vocation for producing great Metodo Classico sparkling wines, enhancing each vintage through artisanal production and extensive bottle aging.

Airali Pas Dosé Alta Langa DOCG is a vintage Metodo Classico sparkling wine made primarily from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the hills of the Alta Langa. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method, followed by aging on the lees for at least 36 months. The result is a fine and persistent sparkling wine, elegant, complex, and pleasantly dry, faithfully expressing the character of the Piedmont terroir.

On the nose, it is intense and distinctive, with notes of bread crust, dried fruit, dried figs, and honey. On the palate, it is elegant, complex, and mineral, supported by a pleasant savory character and a freshness that prolongs its lingering flavor. Thanks to its zero dosage, it offers a dry and precise drinkability that pairs splendidly with fish, shellfish, delicate pasta dishes, and white meats.
