"BOMBA" by Progetto Sete is a natural sparkling wine that has its roots in an experimental and authentic approach to winemaking. The grapes intended for the sparkling base are harvested at the end of August and macerated for twenty-four hours on the skins, a process that aims to extract color and primary aromas. The peculiarity of this wine lies in its sparkling process, obtained through refermentation in the bottle with the addition of fresh must, obtained from a late harvest in October. This ancestral technique does not involve the use of additional ingredients or oenological adjuvants, preserving the expressive purity of the terroir and the grapes.
Rosafante Sete is a rosé refermented in the bottle from Ottonese, Malvasia Puntinata, Trebbiano, Moscato and Sangiovese grapes vinified together. An intense pink anticipates a nose of citrus peel, grapefruit and unripe apricot with a pleasant bubble and good freshness..
Rosso SETE is produced with Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, Merlot and Cabernet grapesFranc vinified together. The result is a medium-bodied wine with a nose pervaded by red fruits.
Sete Moli is a white muscat with pleasant hints of jasmine and medium-ripe yellow-fleshed furtta with a surprising palate with minerality and robust body.
Tropicale Sete is a white wine made from Ottonese, Trebbiano and Moscato grapes with hints of exotic fruit and apricot, especially if the yeast is suspended, pleasantly tasty for those who love wines with the flavor of the past.
