Le Fattora from the Pileum estate is a straw yellow white wine with amber reflections. On the nose the aromas are of fresh wild flowers, ripe fruit such as pear and white peach. The taste is quite balanced, fresher notes with excellent acidity and a good presence of tannin.

Pilarocca is the delicious fruit of a grape from a single 1-hectare vineyard near Piglio in Lazio. The variety is 100% Cesanese di Affile, intense ruby red color, balsamic notes on the nose, dark coffee and ripe cherry, long and fruity finish. One of those wines that prefer to age in the bottle for a long time.
