La Staffa

The La Staffa winery is well represented by the personality and attitude of a young Riccardo Baldi born in 1990, who today successfully run it, who thanks to his passion for the land and his millenary wine tradition, was able to give value to that resistant peasant culture that winds through the hills of Staffolo, around a town that takes its name from its history and the wine it produces. So from a farmhouse with two hectares of vine, acquired in 2004 by the Baldi family for its own production, is born an organic farm of 10 hectares, purchased in the following years, that produces strongly identifiable artisan wines, representative of a philosophy that respects the tradition and sustainability.
