Malgrà produces wines starting from 104 hectares of vineyards that leads directly into an unbreakable relationship of learning and struggle that repeats itself, always the same and always different, every day, every season and every harvest. Wines that are born from country of origin take all, the character, the strength and persuasive pleasantness.

The grapes of this sparkling wine come in part from vineyards located in Mombaruzzo, in the heart of the Aegean Monferrato and partly from rented vineyards. The fermentative process, which leads to the birth of the base wine, takes place in wood. The slow bottle fermentation and subsequent aging in the stack for at least 36 months complete the character of this sparkling wine, characterized by a good complexity and pleasantness.
