"The Favorites" is the Elena Walch line that includes this incredible red, Porcupine. Fruit of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it is subjected to careful vinification carried out in: fermentation in steel, malolactic in cask, maturation for one year in French wooden barriques and bottle aging.

The result is a wine that best enhances the peculiarities of the raw materials with which it is made. This red by Elena Walch stands out for its brilliant garnet color and for the aromas it contains ranging from red fruits and cherries to chocolate and white pepper; the taste, fresh and savory, contains hints of fruit and spices that give way to the persistence of the finish.
