On the sunny hills of Mazon, in an area with a great wine-growing vocation, is the Kollerhof estate, a 17th century farm whose history dates back to the 1700s, which in 1965 was acquired by the Visentin family who began to cultivate the ancient vineyards. Today on a very favorable and rich mineral-rich soil, 4 hectares of Pinot Noir vineyards are cultivated with organic farming.

The Blauburgunder Pinot Noir by Kollerhof enjoys excellent ground conditions and favorable exposure. The winemaking process is very accurate and after fermentation at controlled temperatures in steel vats, the wine matures in wooden barrels, to then be racked again in steel until bottling. The result is a scented wine with fruity notes, full-bodied and balanced that is well suited to different types of meat and cooking.
