Bianco

Sant'Eufemia is a farm located in the territory of Cisterna di Latina, between the areas of Doganella di Ninfa, Colle della Villa and Valle Abate, on the border with Lanuvio and Velletri. A wonderful landscape where organic farming is practiced with passion and dedication in the cultivation of olives, kiwis and grapes. Among the cultivated varieties we find Bellone, Grechetto, Merlot, Malvasia Puntinata, Vermentino, Syrah, Cabernet franc and Cabernet Sauvignon used to produce very good wines.

The Bianco by Sant'Eufemia is produced with Grechetto, Bellione and Vermentino grapes harvested by hand and immediately softly pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. Subsequently, the wine is aged in stainless steel with the intent to best express the varietal organoleptic properties of the three grape varieties. Ideal as an appetizer paired with seafood dishes.
