NZÙ was born from Marco Carpineti's need to produce a wine in full harmony with nature. From Nero Buono grapes grown where man, with the help of horses, rules the field. In the cellar then the natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and the maturation in terracotta amphorae give life to NZÙ, a wine of the past with hints of red fruits and spices and a robust and dry palate.

The passion for viticulture and its territory have pushed the Marco Carpineti company to adopt organic methods for wines with an authentic taste. Capolemole Bianco is one of the top products of the winery: its processing involves the use of only Bellone grapes vinified through controlled fermentation and aging in steel.

This Lazio IGT has a light yellow color and at the same time bright, its aromas are notes of hazelnut, apple, hawthorn and aromatic herbs and its taste is an explosion of freshness, fragrance and balance.
