It is a family business: inside there is the commitment of Nicoleta Sirbu, the talent of a young and well-known winemaker, the support of her husband, the joyful smile of Nicoletta's children (who sometimes decorate the barrels with colored chalk !), but above all a deeply suited Territory (the Lanuvini Hills), which we support with natural processes, an eye for bio and very low yields. For this reason, customers who know us know they can count on us, from the vineyard to the bottle.

The clarity stands out with an intense and deep cherry red that portends what will be found on the nose with the extremely fruity aroma, in particular cherry, blueberry, wild berries. There are also very unpleasant and fine spicy notes. The vegetal notes, typical of the Cabernet variety, are missing, for a precise company choice of wanting to express the fruity side more. On the palate the attack is velvety and soft with flavors that recall those of the olfaction.

Wine with great elegance and great evolutionary potential in the bottle.
