On lands made fertile by the mythical Lacus Regillus, where 496 years before Christ fought a historic battle that enshrined the dominance of Rome on the Latin League, with characters like Aulus Postumius Albus, Lucius Mamilius consul of Tusculum, the ancient Frascati, Tarquinius Superbus and even the dioscuri Castore and Polluce, sons of Jupiter, are cultivated in a totally organic vine and quality grapes. The historic winery De Sanctis, winemakers since 1816, produces excellent DOCG wines, including Abelos, Frascati Superiore and 17/11 the famous and unobtainable Cannellino. Like all Frascati wines, it is made from Malvasia del Lazio, Bombino and Malvasia Bianca di Candia. To have a product of excellence, every part of the supply chain must be carefully taken care of. The choice of the vines, the methods of natural cultivation, the harvest, and all the phases of transformation. In particular, a philosophy of KM 0 is used, ie the cellar is located in the vineyard. The grapes are collected in baskets or boxes, and travel a few meters to the cellar. Here it is put on a conveyor belt that gently brings it into machinery that controls that the process of crushing and then fermentation takes place in the established times and ways.

A Frascati of great texture and naturalness. Great personality with enveloping almond scents, which is distinguished by fragrance and aromatic ties of remarkable balance and gustatory correspondence. Bright straw-yellow color. Pervade the smell with fragrant aromas of broom, hay and golden apple. On the palate it is warm, full and with vibrant sapidity with notes of almond.
