De Sanctis Farm is a historic winery since 1816 in one of the oldest wine-growing areas such as the hills of Frascati in southern Lazio, in the volcanic area of ​​the ancient Reggillo Lake. The basic philosophy is organic and at 0 km, the grapes are harvested and processed a few meters in the cellar within the same vineyard according to meticulously controlled processes. The varieties grown in the 10 hectares of the farm are Malvasia del Lazio, Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano Toscano, Bombino and Cabernet Franc. The natural winemaking process practiced by the company transforms the grape juice into great wines without the addition of additives and sulphites, respecting the natural cycles and ancient traditions.

The Iuno of the De Sanctis winery is a red wine with great personality and produced from an international grape variety in purity like the Cabernet Franc, that has found its ideal habitat in the terroir of Frascati, thanks to the temperate Mediterranean climate and the richness of the volcanic soils. It's a wine fermented in steel vats with indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur, whose maceration on the skins lasts 15-20 days and the aging takes place first in 225 liter barriques, and for another 4 months in bottle in the cellar. The result is a full-bodied and structured wine, with fruity aromas ideal with red meats, seasoned cheeses and game.
