Perl Lagrein

Perl Lagrein from the Kellerei Bozen winery is produced with Lagrein grapes is produced with grapes grown at 250 meters above sea level, on the slopes overlooking Bolzano. The harvest takes place in the second half of September and the grapes undergo soft pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are carried out partly in steel, partly in wood; the wine then ages on the fine lees in steel vats.

Perl Lagrein produced by the Kellerei Bozen winery has a ruby ​​red color with purple hues. On the nose the aromas are fruity, black cherry, plum with floral notes, cocoa. On the palate it has a fresh and acidic taste with savory notes.
