Corvée is a French term that was used in feudalism to indicate a free job by the vassal for his master. The many hours of work of the vassals of the Cembra Valley in Trentino are due to the 400 km of terraces of dry porphyry walls that delimit a wonderful territory from the 250 meters of altitude of Mosana to the 1000 meters of Faver. Within this portion of land, the 14 hectares of vineyards of the Corvée winery extend, born with the idea of ​​expressing the best of the potential of plants grown with environmental sustainability criteria and respect for traditions, useful for producing excellent wines in the DOC of Trentino, in many ways still unexpressed. Ambitious but successful project.

Àgole is the Pinot Noir of Corvée, metaphorically a privileged point of view on the vineyards of the Cembra Valley, coming from a vineyard at 522 meters above sea level. The harvest is manual the third ten days of September followed by: de-stemming, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lees for 18 months in French oak barrels, with further aging in the bottle for about 6 months before marketing.
