Pinot Noir

The Elfenberg winery was founded in Alto Adige with the intention of enhancing the winemaking tradition of this area, a heritage to be valued and preserved. From here, constant care in the pursuit of excellence, with the sole aim of producing excellent quality wines representing the uniqueness of the vineyards from which they come.

The vines from which this Pinot Noir is grown are espalier on morainic and detrital limestone at 500 meters above sea level. After fermentation the wine is aged for six months before being bottled. The careful production process gives life to a wine with a characteristic aroma, a very pleasant acidity on the palate and an intense and persistent aftertaste.
