Vermentino

Sant'Eufemia is a farm located in the territory of Cisterna di Latina, between the areas of Doganella di Ninfa, Colle della Villa and Valle Abate, on the border with Lanuvio and Velletri. A wonderful landscape where organic farming is practiced with passion and dedication in the cultivation of olives, kiwis and grapes. Among the cultivated varieties we find Bellone, Grechetto, Merlot, Malvasia Puntinata, Vermentino, Syrah, Cabernet franc and Cabernet Sauvignon used to produce very good wines.

Vermentino di Sant'Eufemia is obtained from Vermentino grapes harvested manually and sent to direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts, after which the wine is refined in stainless steel containers, preserving its organoleptic properties. Fresh and light, it is an excellent wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, or throughout a meal with fish-based dishes.
