Giulio Ferrari is a Cru wanted by producers to dedicate to the founder of the wine-house, and is the son of the extraordinary vineyards of Maso Pianazza, on high choline Trento. They created the first bottles in 1972, a risky bet, because no one before then dare to grow old a classic method for 8 years. It was a real triumph.

The year 1993 was characterized by a rainy spring and a stable weather winter with rising temperatures which favored an early increase of sprouting. balanced summer ended with an August by the two souls: the freezing temperatures of the first part was followed by an intense heat until harvest, advanced by over 10 days compared to the average quality and balance more than good.

It presents with light golden tones. The nose is initially timid, and thus be in a rainbow of scents which are predominant notes of bread crust, sea and vanilla. Captivating freshness, perfectly balanced by alcohol and savory notes. The body of the wine is enviable structure, with a pleasant softness. intense and well expressed aromatic persistence.
