Villa Rinaldi is the Italian Maison that represents the excellence of Sparkling wines, with a personal style, animated by great creativity, which in particular since the 1960s has been able to reinterpret ancient traditions such as aging in French barriques and dégorgement à la volée, applied to varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Atesini. In one hundred years of history, virtuous practices and great skill in producing wines that seduce fans with inimitable fragrances and aromas, the result of passion, time and secrets kept from father to son, have been handed down from generation to generation.

Première by Villa Rinaldi is a 100% Chardonnay that ages in French oak barriques for a period of at least 3 months, which varies according to each single harvest, as does the aging on the lees for at least 12 months. The sparkling wine from which Rinaldo Rinaldi was inspired for all his reserves, fresh and fragrant of spring, perfect with fish cruditées.
