The Rosé  Rosa Brut Classic Method owes its fragrant and compact bouquet to the careful vinification which involves contact with the skins for 72 hours, a 30-month maturation on its lees with subsequent refinement of 8 months in fine French oak barriques, giving that hint of vanilla and an intense velvety note of rose petals. Dégorgement à la volée in the Villa Rinaldi style. A great Rosè ideal with fish dishes with a strong flavor such as sushi, sashi-mi and carpaccio of salmon or sea bass.
