Rinaldi Supreme

Villa Rinaldi is the Italian Maison that represents the excellence of Sparkling wines, with a personal style, animated by great creativity, which in particular since the 1960s has been able to reinterpret ancient traditions such as aging in French barriques and dégorgement à la volée, applied to varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Atesini. In one hundred years of history, virtuous practices and great skill in producing wines that seduce fans with inimitable fragrances and aromas, the result of passion, time and secrets kept from father to son, have been handed down from generation to generation.

Rinaldi Supreme is a 2005 millesimé reserve whose Pinot Noir grapes vinified in purity, undergo a maturation for 40 months on their own yeasts followed by the refinement of the wine for further 40 months in fine wood barrels from the French Central Massif. The well-structured and elegant flavor makes it the ideal companion for fish crudités.
