Blanc De Noirs

Located in the heart of Franciacorta in Rodengo Saiano, the La Valle winery owes its name to the main land of the company, called "La Valle", owned by the family since 1890. Everything was born in the historic cellar of 1400, ancient and evocative, a place of silence, today used for hospitality, tastings and events. Thus poetry and technique, past and future, coexist and merge into a single reality. In 2010 the family decided to design the new cellar, a space entirely dedicated to winemaking and refinement, a model of innovation and technology.

The Franciacorta Blanc de Noirs of the La Valle company is produced with selected Pinot Noir grapes from the "Roccolo" vineyard, which give life to a tenacious Extra Brut: the "Blanc de Noirs". A masterpiece of freshness, elegance and purity. A wine that comes from black grapes that magically transforms into white wine. The winemaking process begins with the separation of the skins from the must, the white vinification, after an initial fermentation in steel, rests for 8 months in tanks of the same material, to then move into the bottle and refine for 60 months before marketing .

The Franciacorta Blanc de Noirs from the La Valle company is a sparkling wine with a straw yellow color, with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. Complex, intense and fine on the nose with evident notes of candied citrus, strawberry, currant, and light tones of toasted peanut dried fruit. Very mineral, the taste is dry and quite soft and savory. Of notable structure and acidity.
