Cuvée Prestige

Ca’ del Bosco Cuvée Prestige is a Brut Franciacorta produced with a unique blend of white and red grapes, derived from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc. The blend is exclusive because the grapes, sourced from 134 vineyards, are vinified separately and then combined with reserves from the finest vintages: it's a magical ritual, as the winery itself calls it, creating the Cuvée Ca’ del Bosco. Vinification takes place through fermentation in stainless steel tanks and two aging processes, the first lasting 7 months and the second, on the lees, for approximately 25 months.

The result is the Cuvée Prestige Ca’ del Bosco, a Brut Franciacorta DOCG that perfectly represents the winery's style and the soul of the local terroir, a Franciacorta born from strong passion and the pursuit of excellence.

Ca’ del Bosco Cuvée Prestige is a classic and balanced Franciacorta, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. Its bright straw yellow color evokes pleasant floral and fruity aromas; notes of pastry and a herbaceous aftertaste make it a clean and harmonious sparkling wine.
