Riserva 2009 celebrates 40 years of the winery in 2019 after 100 months on the lees. The color is intense yellow with golden reflections, a bouquet of dried and tropical fruit. In the second half of the nineteenth century the winery in the fratta district of Monticelli Brusati in the province of Brescia was already well known, and it was then that the cav. Luigi Rossetti renovated an old farmhouse and made it his home and the seat of his thriving wine trade. The wonderful cellars behind the villa were dug out of the living rock, and when the Antica Fratta winery was born in 1979 they were restored and brought to their original and original splendor. We are in the heart of Franciacorta and after more than 40 years Antica Fratta continues to produce extraordinary wines in the homeland of Italian bubbles, respecting the rigorous disciplinary and exalting the quality in each label. Each bottle represents a small luxury that anyone can afford by making their daily lives special.

Quintessence is an Extra Brut Franciacorta with unique organoleptic characteristics obtained from the best selection of grapes from the 2009 vintage, of which 80% chardonnay and 20% pinot noir vinified in white to obtain that degree of structure and complexity capable of balancing the great aromatic breadth of chardonnay. After more than 100 months on the lees, an exceptional wine guardian of the true essence of Franciacorta.
