Bellone

Sant'Eufemia is a farm located in the territory of Cisterna di Latina, between the areas of Doganella di Ninfa, Colle della Villa and Valle Abate, on the border with Lanuvio and Velletri. A wonderful landscape where organic farming is practiced with passion and dedication in the cultivation of olives, kiwis and grapes. Among the cultivated varieties we find Bellone, Grechetto, Merlot, Malvasia Puntinata, Vermentino, Syrah, Cabernet franc and Cabernet Sauvignon used to produce very good wines.

The Bellone grapes, from which Bellone by Sant'Eufemia is obtained, immediately after the manual harvest are sent for direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts, after which the wine is refined in stainless steel containers. A drinkable white that goes perfectly with fish dishes.
