At sight it presents a lively straw yellow with faint greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Fresh and intense on the nose, with a broad fruity note of ripe golden apple and wild flowers, underlined by a delicate yeast fragrance. Harmonious and balanced on the palate, with a pleasant aftertaste of ripe fruit and hints of bread crust.
