Perlé Nero

Perlé Nero is the first and only Blanc de Noirs from the renowned Ferrari winery, made using the classic method of producing sparkling wine and maturing only Pinot Noir grapes for about six years. A long process that gives life to a unique bubble with a great personality.

Vintage 2003: The Perlé Nero 2003 Ferrari has a beautiful deep golden yellow with an intriguing olfactory complexity with notes of ripe yellow pulp fruit, panettone, hazelnut and then even more hints of evolution such as tobacco. Great elegance on the palate, rich and balanced with an aromatic finish of resin and dried figs.

 Vintage 2004:t charm on the nose with a succession of hints including coffee powder, candied fruit, bread crust, pastry and spices. On the palate good structure and great balance with a balsamic aromatic finish and smoky nuances.

Vintage 2005: The Perlé Nero 2005 presents itself to the sight of a deep gold with a fine and persistent bubble. On the nose hints of candied fruit, raisins, blond tobacco, chestnut honey. On the palate rich in good structure and great balance with an aromatic finish of candied fruit and balsamic.
