Satèn Brut

Ferghettina is born in the heart of Franciacorta and is the fruit of the Gatti family's vision, which since 1991 has built a project based on quality, terroir, and precision production. The winery selects grapes from numerous vineyards throughout the appellation, vinifying them separately to enhance every nuance of the terroir and create balanced and distinctive cuvées.

This Franciacorta Satèn Brut DOCG is made from Chardonnay grapes from 20 vineyards located in six municipalities of Franciacorta. Vinification involves a soft whole-bunch pressing and the use of only the free-run must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by 36 months of aging on the lees, which gives the wine complexity and finesse.

It has a bright yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose expresses elegance and creaminess, with notes of pastry and sugared almonds. On the palate, it is soft, delicate, and harmonious, with a silky structure typical of the Satèn style. Perfect as a refined aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, sushi, and white meats.
