Ferghettina is born in the heart of Franciacorta and is the fruit of the Gatti family's vision, which since 1991 has built a project based on quality, terroir, and precision production. The winery selects grapes from numerous vineyards throughout the appellation, vinifying them separately to enhance every nuance of the terroir and create balanced and distinctive cuvées.

Franciacorta Rosé Brut DOCG is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes selected from 14 vineyards located in four municipalities of Franciacorta. Vinification takes place using a marmonnier press, which maximizes the grape's characteristics, using only the free-run must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, and the wine ages on the lees for 36 months, developing complexity and finesse.

It presents an elegant antique rose color and a fine, persistent perlage. Refined aromas of blackberry and raspberry emerge on the nose, while on the palate it stands out for its structure, balance, and long finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with delicate appetizers, fish dishes, shellfish, and light dishes.
