Located in the heart of Franciacorta in Rodengo Saiano, the winery owes its name to the main land of the company, called "La Valle", owned by the family since 1890. It all began in the historic 1400s winery, ancient and evocative, a place of silence, today used for hospitality, tastings and events. Thus poetry and technique, past and future, coexist and merge into a single reality. In 2010 the family decided to design the new cellar, a space entirely dedicated to winemaking and refinement, a model of innovation and technology.

Franciacorta Satèn produced by the La Valle company is a sparkling wine developed with the classic method using Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay grapes, the latter located on moraine soils 200 meters above sea level. After an initial fermentation in steel, it immediately moves on to refine in the same material for approximately 8 months. The refermentation in the bottle then begins, after which the wine will remain in contact with its yeasts for about 30 months and, after disgorgement, to rest for another six months before being ready for sale.

Franciacorta Satèn is produced by the La Valle company and has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, on the nose the aromas are fruity, banana, butter, exotic fruit and hazelnut. On the palate it has a fresh flavor with slightly savory notes.
