The evocative history of Ca 'del Bosco has its origins in the mid-sixties, when Annamaria Clementi Zanella buy in Erbusco, in Franciacorta, a small house on the hill, called locally "Ca' del bosc", surrounded by a dense forest of chestnut. The Ca 'del Bosco story is written in its wines, the extensive plot of its vineyards, in the success dreamed, desired and carried out by its author. Maurizio Zanella was able to recognize in Franciacorta the land that would have generated the best fruits for the production of high quality wines: his company first and best knew how to express the qualitative potential of this land dedicated. A position achieved thanks to the enthusiasm and passion of Maurizio Zanella who in the early 70's has understood and followed his vocation "artistic", becoming the protagonist of the Italian wine renaissance and turning "a house in a forest of chestnut trees" in one of the most modern and advanced wineries. The beautiful stories signed Ca 'del Bosco are born from here: an illusion, a fairy tale created to last. Among the first regions to get D.O.C. back in 1967, the prestigious Franciacorta quickly acquires notoriety, enhanced by the products of his land and the commitment of those who have wisely invested resources and enology ideas of quality. New energy, new pressures, new enthusiasm. New passionate and innovative generations, drawn from the many international successes that the Franciacorta obtained. As the name Franciacorta D.O.C.G. in 1995: a significant testimony and recognition of the renewed commitment of the producers of this earth to clarify and improve even more the quality of Franciacorta wines.
