Villa Rinaldi is the Italian Maison that represents the excellence of Sparkling wines, with a personal style, animated by great creativity, which in particular since the 1960s has been able to reinterpret ancient traditions such as aging in French barriques and dégorgement à la volée, applied to varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Atesini. Cuvée Ultra Brut is a Classic Method millesimè 2009, which is aged in barriques with zero roasting from the French Central Massif for 36 months. It matures 72 months on its lees. A strong personality wine, ideal with exotic dishes, sushi and fish tartare.
