The I Veroni farm is located in the heart of Chianti. Founded in 1500 by the Gatteschi family who equipped the estate with wine-making equipment, the company has now been run by the Malesci family since 1800. The Veroni stands out for the care of the vineyards which produce mainly native organic grapes. The yeasts used are indigenous, always to respect the territory and to produce wines that have roots that go back to the past.

The Alba produced by the I Veroni winery is an organic white wine in which we find Sangiovese grapes, white varieties of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Canaiolo Bianco from our 20% Ampelographic collection, the Alba vines of the I Veroni winery are located on clayey soils at 230 meters above sea level. the harvest takes place by hand, followed by the white vinification of the Sangiovese with maceration to extract the substance but not the colour, direct pressing of the grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, aging in steel for approximately six months.

The Alba produced by the I Veroni winery has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, on the nose fruity hints and floral notes, rose petals and white flowers. The taste is fresh with soft tannins.
