I Domi

The I Veroni farm is located in the heart of Chianti. Founded in 1500 by the Gatteschi family who equipped the estate with the equipment to make wine, now the company has been run by the Malesci family since 1800. I Veroni is distinguished by the care of the vineyards that produce mainly native organic grapes. The yeasts used are indigenous, always to respect the territory and to produce wines that have roots that go back to the past.

Domi is the name in which the domes that cover the small wells used in agriculture were called in the past and are still present today among the vineyards from which this wine comes. I domi I Veroni is product from grapes raised according to the canons of organic farming and selected by hand during the harvest. The vinification with the use of indigenous yeasts and the subsequent maturation in oak barrels continue respecting the integrity of the raw material exclusively according to natural methods.

It has a ruby red color with violet reflections. There is an intense and persistent nose, very fine with hints of small berries and ripe red fruit. On the palate the wine is sapid, rightly tannic, with a well-marked and persistent body, balanced, harmonious and tasty.
