The Vinanti winery was founded in 2009 in Chiaramonte Gulfi in the province of Ragusa in south-eastern Sicily dominated by the Iblei Mountains, with the idea of producing wines with a strong territorial vocation and personality. This is the intent at the basis of the entrepreneurial activity of the Mazza and Ventura families who founded and consolidated the winery on a 15-hectare plot aiming for quality and maximum respect for the environment, nature and Sicilian millennial traditions. according to the dictates of organic agriculture without any treatment with chemicals inflicted on the vineyards. The same passionate attention to detail is found both in the vineyards and in the cellar, enhancing indigenous vines such as Grillo, Nero d'Avolla, Syrah, Cerasuollo di Vittoria, Frappato to mention just a few of the varieties at the base of the Vinanti labels, synonymous with Sicilian wine excellence of today.
Suadente di Vinanti is obtained from the Nero d'Avola vineyards cultivated in Chiarimonte Gulfi on limestone soil and a favorable climate. The perfect ripening of the grapes that opens the harvest is generally the second week of September. Fermentation traditionally takes place with maceration on the skins for 6/8 days, followed by racking, soft pressing and malolactic fermentation. Maturation takes place in steel for 9 months and the wine is further refined in the bottle for another 3 months at controlled temperature. An explosion of persuasive aromas in all senses.
