La Villa

The cellar was renovated in 1998 and equipped with the most modern technology to respect tradition in guaranteeing high quality standards. It consists of two main parts: the winemaking rooms, taken from the most modern part of the farmhouse dating back to the 1960s, and the aging rooms that have been obtained in the oldest part of the rural house and are mostly basements. For the fermentation of the musts only 30 and 50 Hl stainless steel vats are used, the temperature of which can be controlled in each phase to ensure the best conditions of maceration and fermentation. Wooden barrels of different sizes are used for malolactic fermentation and for the refinement of wines.

With an accentuated and lively ruby red color, the nose has a good vinous and intense finesse with pleasant hints of cherry and wild berries. In the mouth it is full of good body, pleasant and long in the finish.
