Cuvée Annamaria Clementi Ca’ del Bosco is a Franciacorta Riserva, precious in its name and excellent in its flavor. It is produced from a blend of 83% Chardonnay, 2% Pinot Blanc, and 15% Pinot Noir, harvested strictly by hand. Vinification takes place in small oak barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation and secondary fermentation in the bottle. The long aging on the lees (approximately 8 years) gives Cuvée Annamaria Clementi its unique character.

A brilliant golden color, its minerality is enhanced on the nose by fruity aromas and notes of dried fruit. Harmonious on the palate, with a rich and fine perlage, confirming Ca’ del Bosco's excellence in the production of Franciacorta sparkling wines.
