Ferghettina is born in the heart of Franciacorta and is the fruit of the Gatti family's vision, which since 1991 has built a project based on quality, terroir, and precision production. The winery selects grapes from numerous vineyards throughout the appellation, vinified separately to enhance every nuance of the terroir and create balanced and distinctive cuvées.

Franciacorta Milledì Brut DOCG is made exclusively from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes. The name "Milledì" refers to the long aging on the lees (approximately 36 months or more), which gives the wine complexity and structure. It is a highly elegant classic method, capable of fully expressing the Franciacorta terroir's vocation.

The nose opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and notes of bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and creamy, with a fine and persistent perlage. The finish is long and harmonious. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, sushi, and white meats, as well as fresh cheeses.
