Alma Assemblage 1 Franciacorta

Founded in 1977 by Vittorio Moretti, Bellavista is today one of the iconic wineries of Franciacorta. Located on the hills of Erbusco, it cultivates its vineyards according to a philosophy that combines tradition and innovation, with a strong focus on quality and respect for the terroir. Its sparkling wines, appreciated worldwide, are distinguished by their elegance, harmony, and personality, perfectly representing the style and prestige of the Italian Metodo Classico.

Alma Assemblage 1 is a Franciacorta DOCG made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a small percentage of Pinot Blanc. It ages on the lees for over 30 months, following the Metodo Classico method, to express elegance and complexity. A fine and persistent perlage, it reveals aromas of citrus, white flowers, and bread crust. On the palate, it is harmonious, creamy, and beautifully balanced, with a fresh and persistent finish.

Alma Assemblage 1 Franciacorta is perfect as an aperitif, pairing well with shellfish, fish tartare, sushi, and delicate first courses. Also excellent with fresh cheeses and light vegetarian dishes.
