Ca 'del Bosco Cuvée Prestige is an extremely balanced Franciacorta, with a classic and pleasantly fresh taste, deriving from the use and processing of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes. The wine process begins with alcoholic fermentation in tanks of steel and aging; we continue with the creation of the cuvée through the assembly of noble reserve wines from the best vintages. The production ends with a further refinement of 25 months on the yeasts and the degorgement in the absence of oxygen through an exclusive passage of Ca 'del Bosco.

The bright straw yellow color is enriched by hints of white flowers, yellow pulp fruit, herbs and pastries. A pleasant and delicate taste recalling notes of exotic fruit.
