Majolini Disobbedisco Franciacorta

Franciacorta Disobbedisco is a tribute to Gabriele d'Annunzio, the label inspired by the Fiume banner, celebrates eternity and rebirth through ancient symbols: the Oroboro and the seven stars of the Big Dipper, the Poet's guide in the Buccari Prank.

A careful and delicate winemaking process: the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in steel to obtain a sparkling wine with a complex and balanced aromatic profile. The cuvée, made in spring, gives life to this sparkling wine, the composition of the base wine can vary from year to year, offering an experience that is always unique. During maturation, the wine interacts with the autolysis of the yeasts, acquiring notes of toasted bread, dried fruit and spices.

A versatile wine that perfectly accompanies seafood appetizers, raw fish, shellfish, fish-based first courses, white meats and fresh cheeses. Also ideal for a fresh and refined aperitif.
