Located in the heart of Franciacorta in Rodengo Saiano, the La Valle winery owes its name to the main land of the company, called "La Valle", owned by the family since 1890. Everything was born in the historic cellar of 1400, ancient and evocative, a place of silence, today used for hospitality, tastings and events. Thus poetry and technique, past and future, coexist and merge into a single reality. In 2010 the family decided to design the new cellar, a space entirely dedicated to winemaking and refinement, a model of innovation and technology.

The Franciacorta Naturalis produced by the La Valle company is a prestigious sparkling wine developed with the classic method using Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco grapes, the latter located on moraine soils at 200 meters above sea level. After fermentation in steel tanks, the base wines mature in steel for 6-8 months before creating the cuvée. The refermentation in the bottle has a minimum duration of 60 months, before being put on the market.

Franciacorta Naturalis is produced by the La Valle company and has a straw yellow colour, with brilliant reflections and a persistent, very fine and dense perlage. On the nose it is intense with notes of fruit, peach, mango honey and evident fragrances of yeast and pastry creaminess. The taste is dry, fresh and savory, very balanced, characteristics that make it harmonious.
