Located in the heart of Franciacorta in Rodengo Saiano, the La Valle winery owes its name to the main land of the company, called "La Valle", owned by the family since 1890. Everything was born in the historic cellar of 1400, ancient and evocative, a place of silence, today used for hospitality, tastings and events. Thus poetry and technique, past and future, coexist and merge into a single reality. In 2010 the family decided to design the new cellar, a space entirely dedicated to winemaking and refinement, a model of innovation and technology.

Franciacorta Primum is the company's flagship product, the foundation of the La Valle spirit. The winery uses Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco grapes, located on morainic lands 200 meters above sea level. After fermentation in steel tanks, the base wines mature separately for 6-8 months and are subsequently assembled to create the cuvée. The refermentation in the bottle has a minimum duration of 24 months, before marketing.

The Franciacorta Primum produced by the La Valle company has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, brilliant and with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is intense, fine and fragrant with tones of bread crust, honey, yellow apple, pineapple and exotic fruit, with floral notes. The taste is savory with good enveloping acidity, also with good persistence.
