Brut Rosé

The Majolini winery boasts a vast selection of sparkling wines representing the territory. The Brut Vintage, in fact, contains the colours, scents and flavors of Franciacorta and makes them its cornerstones. The production of this bubble begins with the pressing of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes; we proceed with the fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the creation of the cuvée, the bottling for the second fermentation and the final refinement of at least 48 months in contact with its lees.

The Brut Rosé produced by Majolini, is a cherry-pink Franciacorta, the nose is intense and aromatic, it opens immediately with notes of strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by hints of wholemeal bread and mineral hints. In the mouth it is full-bodied and fruity, the finish is incredibly lively and sapid, it closes with a good persistence.
