Monsupello Nature is a sparkling wine produced by the Monsupello Farm, with a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage with a creamy and soft foam, the nose is very complex, with delicate notes of bread crust and some hints that they bring back to bitter almond and hazelnut, extremely dry in the mouth, with a fine and delicate finish.

The Monsupello farm was born about a century ago, back in 1893 in the locality of Cà del Tava in the municipality of Oliva Gessi. It was later in 1914 that the Boatti family bought another estate called '' Podere La Borla '' in the municipality of Torricella Verzate a few kilometers away. Here they built the same cellar which today has been enlarged, improved and made modern thanks to new production technologies. The company now boasts 50 hectares of owned vineyards to have low yields of grapes per hectare, the manual harvest is carried out exclusively in boxes. An all-Italian company that is constantly evolving according to current market needs, and well oriented to continue the path started by Carletto very well.

Monsupello Nature is a sparkling wine made up of 90% grapes from Pinot Noir and 10% grapes from Chardonnay, these contribute to making it a fresh and fine sparkling wine. The white vinification begins with the soft pressing of the whole grapes, which through the classic procedure, leads to the separation of the must from the stalks and the marc. After a period of refinement in steel at a controlled temperature, it undergoes protein and tartaric stabilization to guarantee the quality and purity of the sparkling wine.
