The Mirabella company, even if it was born before, began a real transformation in 1979 into an agricultural company. Located in Rodengo Saiano, in the province of Brescia, it originally stands on the structure of what was the old spinning mill of the town, and which owes its name to the locality of the same name where the initial 11 hectares of vineyards owned by the company are located. Today, in total, the vineyard area reaches about fifty hectares, and among the rows dominate the classic varieties from which Franciacortine bubbles are obtained, such as pinot noir, pinot bianco and chardonnay. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the production philosophy is set towards eco-compatibility and low environmental impact, so the energy used comes 100% from renewable sources.

Pinot Bianco Brut Nature Mirabella Franciacorta is expressed in the tracks of a taut sip where the persistence of salinity remains. Harvested as soon as possible from ripe and healthy bunches collected in small perforated boxes due to its early ripening, it undergoes a soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in concrete tanks, and then rests on the lees in the bottle for at least 24 months and 3 months later. the disgorgement.

Pinot Bianco Brut Nature Mirabella Franciacorta has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose alludes to white flowers and tropical fruit, supported by a balsamic note of wild herbs. Delicate and elegant on the palate, well balanced between acidity and softness.
