The Marco Carpineti winery was born on the slopes of the Lepini mountains, more precisely in Cori, an ancient town in Lazio dating back to the 4th century BC. about 56km south of Rome, at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. The company stands on ancient land belonging to the Carpineti family for several generations, in fact it was in 1986 that Marco, driven by an authentic passion and the desire to live in an intact environment, took over the reins and made it a modeling company currently in full expansion. The most significant change, however, occurred in 1994 with the adoption of old-fashioned peasant farming methods, the result of his great desire to create truly healthy products. To better respect the environment, in most of the estate no soil work is carried out, but only the control of spontaneous grasses with mowing.

Currently the company covers about 52.5 hectares, of which 41 are planted with vineyards and 11.5 with olive groves. The bet, which is proving to be successful, focuses on some unknown vines, which only this territory has preserved as a hidden treasure.
